◊ Marie-Pierre

Marie-Pierre was born in Antibes, France and moved to the states at the age of 19 to follow her dream of becoming a stylist and a US citizen and start living the American dream! After 2 years in Manhattan she decided that San Francisco would be her next destination.  As soon as she landed, she knew she had found the perfect spot.  Later on she enrolled in a cosmetology school, graduating from the program and passing her state board.

Marie-Pierre’s  has an extensive background in precision cutting, hair coloring, bridal hair design and professional make-up.  She has trained at the Vidal Sassoon academy in Santa Monica, Ca as well as with Martin Parson world famous long hair master.  She has also studied with Debra Macki, celebrity make-up artist, and has completed her advanced professional techniques make-up course.  Her make-up training includes MAC and Temptu airbrushed applications.  Marie-Pierre is certified with Great Hair Lengths Extensions .

After living in New York and San Francisco, Marie-Pierre moved to Key West with her husband Michael and their first child Jasmine and created “Studio Marie-Pierre”.  She began working on brides all over the island and became, with her wonderful team, a preferred vendor for resorts such as the Westin, the Casa Marina, the Hyatt, the Ocean Key Resort, the Southernmost Mansion – just to name a few.  The ability to create beautiful brides with hair and custom make-up, that will last through heat and humidity, has made Marie-Pierre one of the most sought after stylist in Key West.  We live to style!
