Kara & Matthew | Old Town Manor Key West | Filda Konec Photography

I just loved working with Kara for her gorgeous Key West wedding. The entire fete was the kind you just can’t help but fall in love with—gorgeous, everywhere you look! It was a dream day for this lovely couple to always remember, and there were some fabulous vendors involved in the grand event. I was so honored to be a part of it!

I just loved working with Kara! She was so much fun. When she and her family came to the studio to get ready, I could just feel the love all around them, and Kara herself is so sweet and heartwarming, it’s impossible to not see it!

 She came already knowing how she wanted her hair styled. She borrowed a picture from our gallery and Facebook page as inspiration. Her final style was a romantic and whimsical textured updo with a braid. Such a fun style to create, and such a beautiful choice for a bride! We did airbrush makeup and very light enhancing for her gorgeous blue eyes. I used a shimmery highlighter on her cheeks also, giving her a very fresh look without being heavy. This is a great summer style, especially for a Key West wedding.

 Kara and Matthew were married at Old Town Manor Key West, before a stunning, garden-like backdrop. This elegant bed and breakfast has a gorgeous layout, beautiful design, and classic hominess. This beautiful venue is such a great place for a wedding that really has that hospitable feel you can only get in Key West.

 Kara and Matthew’s wedding was beautiful, down to the last detail, and their choice of a fantastic location tied the whole thing together just perfectly.
