I always get a little giddy when I receive the professional pictures of our weddings – because let’s be honest – it doesn’t matter how many iphone shots we take there’s nothing like the real deal! So when Vitali from Lavryk Photography shared Cody and Alex’ gallery I gushed over the prints more than I care do admit and so wanted to meet them both. You see I had to live vicariously through this gorgeous wedding as Robyn and Lj, both very talented stylists in SMP team, had been assigned to make Cody and her girls camera ready. All I can say is my interaction with Cody via email was lovely and so I was delighted to meet her via these great pics.

From Robyn (MUA):

“I was excited to meet Cody for her trial as it really gave us a chance to find just the right combination of products for her very sensitive skin. She wanted a classic look, which I thought was perfect with her fair skin & beautiful brunette hair. I went with winged eyeliner, lots of lashes and my favorite lip stain by Balm called Stainiac, and finished with a gloss to accentuate her beautiful smile. I added just a little color back to the cheek to give her just enough of the blushing bride look.”

From Lj (hair):

“Cody had amazing thick and luxurious hair. For her wedding we added extensions and made her long locks even more beautiful by curling it — it looked like of flowy river of curls. <3 I backcombed her hair at the root, front and back to add volume. We kept it simple in the back, adding for detail and contrast just a couple of stranded braids.
