Courtney & Kip | Wedding at St. Mary’s Star of the Sea | Ocean Key Resort

Now this is what a beach-themed wedding is all about! A Key West wedding should be fun, and that’s exactly what it was for Courtney and Kip and Limelight Photography did an incredible at capturing this event.

This fun-loving couple have such a great love story and it was a great experience to be a part of their wedding. They are high school sweethearts who were engaged over a candlelit dinner in Riviera Maya. They have a great sense of humor and love fun, and it was obvious from the great party they threw down here in Key West!

It’s always great hearing why couples choose the beautiful Key West for their wedding. For Courtney and Kip, it was because the ocean has been such a huge part of their relationship from the beginning. They met on the Jersey Shore, shared their first kiss by the sea, and were even engaged on the beach. Adding a beach wedding just made sense.

This lovely couple had their wedding at St. Mary’s Star of the Sea and had their reception at Ocean Key Resort. Team Studio Marie-Pierre enjoyed working with Courtney and her bridal party. Amanda styled Courtney’s hair in a chic intricate bun that really looks amazing! It went so well with her sophisticated, yet airy, lacy wedding gown. The very beautiful makeup was done by Galina — Courtney was so glam.  All of the gorgeous wedding details, in bright beach-themed colors, were such a great spin on the Key West wedding. Throw in the splash of seafoam from the bridesmaids’ dresses, the coral-toned pants worn by Kip and his groomsmen, and the boat shoes…and this is a beach wedding for the books!
