A couple of days before her wedding, Jessica called: “Just wanted to give you a heads up, I’ve been stung on my face by a manawar…”  Now I don’t know if you’ve ever seen someone stung by the infamous jellyfish, personally I hadn’t, but it’s SERIOUS.  I arrived at the guest house and I couldn’t believe it.  Half of Jessica’s face was covered by what appeared to be a large port-wine stain.  And when I say large, I mean the size of my entire hand!!!! Poor Jessica, who I have to tell you amazed me with her calm, collected attitude, and contagious smile — I would have been a basket case.

As you can see on the photos none of it is noticeable (THANK GOD). I started with a concealer then followed with my airbrush.  It worked  like magic, stayed put for hours.  Jessica turned out phenomenal!

HERE you can view up close Jessica’s fabulous hairpiece and some non pro photos shots as she was getting ready.

Afterthoughts Session

A few days later, Jessica came to the studio to get her makeup for her afterthoughts session… the sting was completely gone.  Amanda did a great job! Love how she turned out. 🙂

THANK YOU Julie for the incredible photography!!!!

Congratulations Jessica & Jonathan.

Hope everyone has a fantastic weekend.  Amanda and I are working away today.  3 Weddings and 2 trials for 2011!
