Megan & Dan Key West, Florida Wedding

A Key West, Florida wedding is a dream come true for many brides, but for me it’s a part of my every day life —  I feel so blessed!  Wedding season is here and all of the lovely brides are keeping my team at Studio Marie-Pierre very busy…and we LOVE it.  Sitting back once in a while and reliving these gorgeous weddings comes with the territory, and that’s just what I did when I saw the pictures from Megan and Dan’s stunning Key West, Florida wedding day. These pictures put a huge smile on my face.

One of the best things about a Key West, Florida wedding is its versatility. Our range of venues is so diverse that we can accommodate bridal parties of any style and preference. I loved Megan’s style, with her glamorous Hollywood makeup: smoky, accentuated eyes and stunning pink lips. Gosh, I’ve got to admit, it’s so much fun to run a Key West hair salon, with brides coming in day after day!

Megan’s bridal gown was an absolutely stunning number with such gorgeous and classic lace detail and shimmery sash. We did her hair in a low, deconstructed side bun accessorized with braids and loose curls. With her lovely vintage-style jewelry, she looked like she could have walked right out of The Great Gatsby!

Megan’s bridesmaids dressed in gorgeous coral colored dresses and carried white and pink bouquets. They stood out so beautifully against the blue cathedral wall and dramatic stained glass of the Basilica of Saint Mary Star of the Sea. This church is such a beautiful venue for a wedding ceremony.

Look at that stunning cathedral train fulfilling its purpose, filling the long aisle of a beautiful church!

Of course, no Key West, Florida wedding is complete without a wedding photograph shot before the beautiful ocean. Here is the happy couple, Megan and her husband Dan enjoying a sunset moment on the pier.
