Studio Marie-Pierre Key West Wedding, Featured on Borrowed and Blue
We are so excited that one of our weddings is currently being featured on Borrowed and Blue. This wedding, which took place in May, is a perfect example of what we love about Key West weddings. This couple looked like they stepped right out of a classic film and right into the lush Ernest Hemingway Home and Museum where their ceremony took place. Hemingway Home exhibits some of the charming, old world character that makes Key West special, from the beautiful old house to the rich tropical gardens. This wedding combined so many vintage details into a location rich with history, bringing their vintage wedding inspiration full-circle. Just looking at these incredible photos draws us back into the early-twentieth-century that Leah and Ricardo were hoping to capture. Hemingway Home and Museum was the perfect Key West wedding venue to serve as a backdrop to this vintage-themed event.
Studio Marie-Pierre Styling
The beautiful bride, Leah, is stunning in her classic-cut, all lace wedding gown and her handmade veil (she’s so creative!) The team at Studio Marie-Pierre loved working with Leah to get her ready for her big day. Our own hairstylist Erin created the simple yet chic side bun that is complimented so beautifully by Leah’s homemade, vintage-style wedding veil. Our makeup artist Galina loved doing Leah’s makeup in the rich, old Hollywood glamor that you see in the photos of her special day.
JHunter Photographer: Key West Wedding Photographer
The stunning photos of the day were captured by JHunter Photography, one of our fantastic Key West wedding photographers. We’re just in love with the photo’s antique feel that immerses us completely in that old world we love so much here in Key West!
